2.  The data we collect about you from the ‘Download Dataset’ form and how it’s collected

Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).  It includes your email address.  

In the Questionnaire we ask you to complete a form and provide your email address.  We collect this data from you by you filling in and submitting the Questionnaire. We do not collect any other personal data from you in relation to the Questionnaire.

3.  How we use this personal data and how long we’ll keep it for

Our aim is to develop a fully autonomous shared transport service for Europe’s cities. This has never been done before. So, to ensure we create the right service for London, the UK and Europe, we need help from all its citizens.

We ask for, process and retain your personal data from the Questionnaire so we can:

  • create a database of citizens that we can solicit feedback from to help create our service.

  • contact you using the contact information you provided to ask you to give feedback or take a survey.  

  • potentially invite you to take a ride in and give feedback on a ride experience.

  • analyse possible interest in autonomous vehicle services in general and specifically in relation to the potential services we might offer.

  • manage our relationship with you.


Your information will be retained for as long as we need to retain it to carry out these purposes.
